Holy Carp!!! Big Egg!.

I think one of my Light Brahmas layed this egg. The one she layed the day before was big (but not this big) with 2 yolks. I think she has just started laying, so this might be her 3'rd or 4th egg. I gathered another from her today that is 2oz.

How unusual is an egg this big?

this buster is 2.5oz shown next to a golf ball and a store bought large edd for comparison.

I get them now and then, it's pretty normal. One of my new layers a Buff orp has layed 3 in the last month. All double yolkers. Enjoy!

We're consistently getting double yolkers from someone.. no idea which hen though. Last week we got a triple yolker!! Talk about a huge egg!! And yesterday, there was another HUGE egg in the nest that I"m betting is a triple yolker again.
