The highest I ever saw her eggs go were $225/half dozen, give or take a few cents. I bought some of her eggs last spring and it was the best $96.00 I ever spent. I got five to hatch, and last fall I hatched out some chicks from those and now I have a flock of ten hens and pullets that are approaching point of lay. She is a good lady and her birds are gorgeous, and she keeps them very well, best feed, great runs, and bends over backward to make sure anyone who buys from her gets a fair shake. I will vouch for her ethics and the quality of her birds and eggs ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. My eggs are quite decent when they started laying and I can't wait to see what the grandchicks do. They have started getting red combs and checking out the next boxes...
Here is what eggs my pullets hatched out from last fall.
Have you not noticed that people are cheap cheap cheap? others do not mind paying money for something they whole heartedly want. When was the last time you bought yourself something nice that you wanted? even better...when was the last time someone else bought you something nice? LOL!!! hell, It kills people to buy me a cup of coffee! never mind 105 dollar chicken eggs! heheheheh

I have a few saved up right now I could send, but if you wait a few weeks til the grandchicks start to lay , you could get the motha lode sent up your way instead of four eggs... think about it...
im not saying that im cheap... (i prefer penny wise) but for 6 eggs?!? i know people love their flocks, i do too... but still its just amazing the price for half a dozen eggs... thats all
Check out the lavender orp roo over black hens split to lavender auction going on here right now. Ends tomorrow. I expect the bid to go up quite a bit on those.
They are funny on e-bay sometimes. I saw a lady advertising Marans eggs last year and she wrote that it was rumored that they are the only eggs that James Bond would eat. I am not sure if she knew that James Bond isnot really real but she did get a butt load for her eggs.
