hi there,

thanks for the reply, the brew has stayed at 25 degrees throughout the process. just checked the gravity again and its is still on the move but not as much as yesterday. i can still see bubbles rising to the surface.

i'll check again tomorrow lunchtime, if it is still on the move i'll try to chill and skim like you said!

Easy to be positive at 15 to 17%.
If you ever see it the craziest I've had is called Tactical Nuclear Penguin from Brewdog. I would hesitate to call it beer at 32% abv but interesting as a one off.
Their standard beers like Punk IPA are worth looking out for.

That Nuclear Penguin is like a six pack in one bottle.. And with one bottle costing about $50 US. That is more than double the cost Of what I would want to spend on Headache Medicine.
