My husband works in the oil field and your house is WAY too cheap for having two capped wells on the property with mineral rights. If we lived out there, we would be buying it in a second. Depending on the status of the oil wells, he said those could be up and operating within a year.
Thats probably why the realtors want to buy it to resell, they know what its really worth. Too bad we are in Colorado.
