After Helena had slept for a short period of time, she woke up with a jerk. It had been hard to sleep lately, it was like she was having seizures in her sleep or something. Of course, they weren't as serious, but it probably looked similar.

She yawned, and looked at the clock on her nightstand. It still wasn't even 3 o'clock yet, her nap hadn't managed to go over an hour.
She hesitantly got up with a dull expression. Helena was used to the pains by now, but it was still agitating her.

Janette stood there with a big smile across her face. "Hi," she said. She pointed to her name tag, which labeled her as 'Nurse' under her name. "Can I come in?" She asked.
