Here's a picture of mine:

We have two of these. One larger and this one pictured is the smaller one to put in with my hen and her chicks when they are separated. It works great. Keeps them from scratching it out all over the place.

I like some of the other ideas also. Thanks for sharing!

Those are wonderful ideas! I am so tired of my bantam rooster digging in and then dumping the feed as soon as I put it in the bowl. In their area I think I will try the pop bottle. That would fit best.

Love the baby bottle waterer too! There's nothing worse than dirty water as soon as you fill it up.

Hey Nifty....
As a matter of fact...I have already "stored" your pink feeder away in my files.

I'm building my coop now and was going to put yours into the wall inbetween the support joist. I want the top to be accessible from the outside so I can fill it easy and since it's in the wall it doesn't take up any room.

So you Rock too!!!!

my feeder I made and I can barely screw in a screw to easy. also I use milk crates for nesting boxes and 1 old canner and they like them. plus guy I bought them from also used milk crates.
