We usually start from 9:30-10:00AM and then have lunch break and then outside break and start again at 3:00.

Same here...we do every subject every day. I have a 16 year old son who I homeschool. We get started about 10am and finish around 4 or so.
Earlier in the thread I noticed that someone asked about Science curriculum so thought I'd make a suggestion. We use Apologia and really like it. We are doing biology this year but have used it in the past for other sciences. It's a Christian/creation based curriculum.

We break it up. Ie: Science Monday-English Tuesday, and so on.

It's funny though because I can't seem to wake up early at all, I'm all to tempted to hit that snooze button.
