Homegrown hatchlings, pullet or cockerel? What breed mixes?

The only hens I have even remotely "barred" are 2 cuckoo marans and I don't believe I even incubated any of them!
I thought those 2 might be New Hampshire x Orpington.

What do you think of the black and white ones? It's interesting that they are really calm and laid back.
