Homeless Roo - Maine - Picture added

Hello BYC community

My cousin recently moved into a new house and was greeted by a rooster, Frank. She just found out from her landlord that he is indeed homeless. I can’t tell his breed from the pictures she sent me. Anyways, long story short, I can’t take on the Roo. My flock is at maximum capacity for the moment. We’re in Maine and poor Frank is homeless in this blizzard. If anyone is interested in the bird please let me know! I don’t want him to freeze out there.

Call a local animal shelter and/or put it on your local craigslist maybe.

Can your cousin put out a dog crate with some hay in it maybe? Better than nothing.
