I pureed a small pumpkin (The pulp and seeds), added some melted coconut oil, flax seeds, powdered kale that I had dried from the summer, Added crushed peanuts, chia seeds, Hemp hearts some scratch and Bulgar wheat. I also added in some dried comfrey, basil and dried marigold flowers. Mix it all together and then made balls from it and keep them in the freezer. My girls loved them. I give them one ball a week.
