I have followed this thread from the begining and finally had time to make the bread this weekend. It is sooooo yummy. I have made lots of bread and this is hands down the best white bread I have had. I am excited now to try it as cinnamon rolls and make a whole wheat version. I sent some off with my kids when they want to a friends house and it was devoured in minutes.
bulldog-girl - Glad you were able to make it finally! It is good, isn't it?!?! I finally tried making it with whole wheat yesterday and it was wonderful! I only used 2 cups whole wheat flour to 3 cups bread flour and it came out fantastic! I am actually making some more right now to go with dinner tonight.

best bread ever, today I made two batches, one plain white and the other one half whole wheat flour, 2 T flax meal, 2 T whole flax
1/4 cup sunflower seeds. A little less white flour, oh wow is it good.

I'm going to try it. Bread has never been my strength. It always turns out grainy. I like soft bread. Usually I buy rhodes rolls and everything else is homemade.
