Well I was all excited because I just whipped up my first batch of Gump Bread. I am amazed cause it's my first time kneading bread in my KA, good lord that's awesome! Thought I would check the other posts and saw someone say they used Olive Oil...oh...um, shoot. I forgot the oil. Let it go or try to mix it in?

Well, we decided to just press on. If it flops we will know why. I did one loaf bread one pan cinnamon rolls. I imagine once drenched in maple glaze if the rolls are bad, you won't even know.

Oh shoot!

I've done that too and can't remember how it came out. Let us know.

And yes! That KA is totally awesome when it comes to kneading bread dough!

Hmmm. let's see if I can remember...I just grabbed what I had in the fridge...ham slices, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, two kind of cheese.......can't think of anything else??? Just diced everything up. They were awesome but like I said, next time I will plan in advance and let the dough rise...at least once. LOL Put anything in them you want!!

It was ok, a little dense. I also did 3 cups ww flour, 2 cups unbleached all purpose and 5tsp wheat gluten, so it could be that too. Next time I do it I will make sure to do it correctly and compare.

Wanted to say I am on my 3rd or so batch of this. Turns out I have a bag of bread flour in the pantry, so until that runs out I am making the bread as the recipe calls for. After that I will experiment with whole grain. I wanted to let y'all know I made up a double batch the other night, 2 loaves of bread, 1 pan cinnamon rolls and 1 pizza crust. For the pizza I let the dough rise, split in two, took the pizza crust part and make a tight ball with it. Then I let it rise for the second time in the ball form. After that I sprayed a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray and put my dough ball in that and in the fridge for 24hrs. Next day I pulled it out, formed my pizza, let it get to room temp while the oven was heating up and it worked just fine.

That's good to know about the pizza dough. Thanks for sharing that!

Glad you are liking this so much! I might just have to make some today.
