Ok, I'll bite. Why call yellow birds "Street"? I understand the names Kabob, taco, etc., but I must be too old to know the significance of "Street" as a name.

I hatched out some balut eggs. Balut is a popular street food in Vietnam.
So I named one of the baluttie babies Street Food.
