Wow.. didn't realize how complicated this ended up being until I tried typing it all out! Anyway... here is my Old Drawer Incubator.


ETA, I had a lot of people here on BYC that inspired me to try this. A big thank you to all of you who have ever built your own incubators.

I really enjoyed doing this. I also realize I don't have the stages photographs. Wish I did. I got overzealous and forgot to photograph as I was doing it, since it was just me going solo on this. Ah well.

How do you hatch your eggs. Do you have a little incubater or a big one thats holds 100 eggs or more.

Ended up adding more eggs to my bator so I had to make a hatcher. Out of the 12 original eggs, 10 are in the hatcher. One is chirping and rockin, won't be long now!
