homemade incubator

i just finished my homemade cabinet incubator. all components are from gqf to match the sportsman. only problem i got is that top of incubator is at 99.5 and botton is at 85 degrees. i have the same 6 inch fan from sportsman and 250 watt element. any suggestions would be helpful thanks.

what is the temp in the middle? did you build it the same size as the sportsman?

Do you have any good pictures for us to look at and try to see what the problem might be? It could be the vent holes, obstruction of the air flow, etc...

what size should the top and bottom vent holes be.
