Homemade Screen Door Chick Tractor-Just had to Show you :)

THATS IT! I just loved them. I don't really see the purpose of them, but they are just so dang cute, and make me want to start jumping around and laugh like a pig. I don't know where I could get any, though, or how to raise them.

Their hard to find now days! If I didnt meet a man in WV that had them and gave me 2 I probably wouldnt have gotten any! But their pretty easy to raise, they each chicken starter feed (might have to crush it up a little more since their so small!) and you cant just let them out like you do chickens, they fly and once their out, their gone for good! All of my buttons are wing clipped. but also their a huge target for predators! I've had one of my first Buttons the man gave me out in my outside brooder and a raccoon came up on the porch and grabbed her through the wire and tried pulling her through it an beheaded her. so he gave me a male to go with the other female I had! I've seen him cover her a couple times over the past week but still no eggs

Well Thankyou!
And Silkiemomma, I love them! And I think that first one looks my favorite too. Do you just keep them in a bird cage? I have a rabbit hutch, and it has that 1cm by 1cm wire on it. I have my 2 keets and 2 pheasants inthere now.

This will be my next project since my initiail chicken run turned too heavy and into a coop. Lowe's had screen doors for about $20.
