I'm looking into dairy animals now and am interested in both dairy sheep and goats - and have been trying to find kinders that are good milkers. Kinders don't seem very common in my neck of the woods, though. I originally wanted NDs for the high butterfat content; any idea what kinder milk's butterfat % is?
I recently read about a small farm that produces cajeta (a goat milk caramel) - I'll be making some of that if I get goats. And cheese, milk kefir, cream, butter...
Heres a good article about kinders and thier milk and butterfat content, this is the article i originally stumbled across a couple of years ago that started it all for me!

Another thought for you if you absolutely cannot find any kinders in your area or surrounding areas would be to breed your own, you would need a registered pygmy billy and a registered nubian doe to produce 1st generation registered kinders, then you would go from there, and could sell the original breeders if you wanted after they did thier job
