Ruby turned her attention back to Kiro, "Everyone knows that I'm nasty, mean, and stuff....but also...when I get to have a special friend...things change." Secretly she was wondering if he would ever be her mate. "Oh, come on, silly Ruby!" She tried to shake herself out of the thought, but she couldn't.

Eventually Emira finally awoke and poked her head out of the entrance of her den. Her eyes observed the camp groggily, only seeing the shapes of her packmates instead of focusing on them individually. Finally emerging, she yawned sharply, stretched her legs and shook off whatever loose dirt remained on her pelt. She tiredly made her way to the nearest ravine for a drink, the cool water somewhat waking her up.
