Kiro noticed a coyote bump into Ruby. ”Who are you?” he asked softly

“Oh hi, who are you? My name’s Sunala.”

”I’m Kiro, ” Kiro replied.

“Oh. Hi.” Sunala said glancing at Ruby. “Well, bye.. I guess?” She cast another nervous glance at Ruby and inches away.

”Bye?” Kiro said uncertainly

”Bye?” Kiro said uncertainly

Sunala shrugged, “maybe i’ll See you later.” She jerked her head at Ruby and continued edging away from her.

Sunala continued on her way.

Crystal stood up on her boulder sleepily. She shouted, “No, I’m king of the mountain!” Then realized it was all just a dream. “Oh.” She glanced at a frog that was staring at her with the most perplexed expression on his face. “Ahem. Never mind.” Then she lay back down

Kiro shook his head. ”I don't think you're nasty at all.” he smiled. ”In fact, I think you're really nice.”

Sunala was still walking around camp, counting her steps and watching her paws move. Suddenly, she bumped into someone. She looked up and saw Ruby.

"Umph!" Ruby turned and saw Sunala, who was already edging away. She turned back to Kiro, waiting for him to speak.
