Fenrir bore a look of extreme concern, it wasn't time for the pups yet... was it? He knew nothing about how long the females were pregnant and was very worried. "You'll be ok, you and the pups will be just fine," he said, his voice full of hope.

Jasper turned to Amber, "I love you too," he said and licked her chin. He stepped back with his head down and watched her carefully, hoping she wouldn't be mad.

Amber was slightly surprised and automatically recoiled. However, once her brain processed what had happened, she smiled. "Sorry, whenever someone touched me, it always meant they were about to attempt to kill me." She let out an apologetic laugh. Then her face grew serious. "Jasper, what would you do if someone asked you to be their mate?"

Jasper raised his head and with a slight grin said, "Well, that depends on who is asking," he looked her in the eyes, his green eyes showing plainly that he would say yes time and time again to her.
 
Orchid taught the cubs how to fish while Silver watched. She was surprised at how fast they caught on and praised them a lot. By the time they were done they were very tired and needed to be taken back to her den. She turned to Silver, "Well, I have to take them back to the den, so I guess I will see you later?" she asked with a small smile. She didn't know why, but all the sudden she felt a passion for this male, even though he was about twice her size.
