Hoover has been great to me, I did end up with some roos, and some chicks out of thirty the did die on my first order,I called them up two weeks ago and they are sent me 30 chicks the following week and they allowed me to pick what ever I wanted. They were very nice no charge for anything, I ended up giving some chicks away.
