Hmmm..., My chickens started laying at about 24-26 weeks. Maybe in a couple of months she will lay. The average age to start laying is 24-28 weeks.

Is she squatting and holding her wings out slightly when you touch her back? Is she scratching around in the nesting box? Those were the two main signs that my two exhibited about a week or two before starting to lay.

Squatting is a sign of nearly laying, Mine started squatting a couple of weeks before laying.

Plus don’t think about why they squat, It will make you feel gross
