Hope this passes...

I have no idea what the picture shows. Have you tried to get a fecal float to look for worms and coccidiosis from a vet? Some also could do a gram stain to check for bacteria.
The pics I posted show
1) What I cleaned off his rear today
2) His overall appearance, especially face wise
3) What his rear end currently looks like, with some poop still clinging to his rear feathers.

My nearest avian vet is about 30 minutes away but the "exotic" bird vets only are there two days a week and appointments fill up fast. Plus, working during the day makes getting a quick appointment very difficult.

On the plus side, he is energetic when I bring out treats and gobbles them up with the rest of the flock. I have read that green runny poo could be bile because not enough food is being eaten or going through their systems. His crop looks smallish but it definately has food in it. This flock however, being JGs and Brahmas, eat incredible amounts. I have 2 large feeders we fill daily, and much of it gone come evening. Is it possible, even if they all have bulging crops, that they aren't eating enough?

Baytril is best to give orally, not in the water, since it tastes very bad. Dosage of the 10% Baytril or enrofloxacin is 0.05 ml per pound given twice a day for 5 days. That would be 0.25 ml or 1/4 ml for a 5 pound chicken, 0.4 ml for an 8 pound chicken, or 0.5 ml for a 10 pound chicken.
