Hoping for a work transfer so we can get started raising our animals

My fiance and I are going mad waiting to hear back if he gets to transfer to Maine or not. We're in Southwest Kansas and both hate it (sorry if anyone on here lives here...it's just not for us). We found a house we want to check out if he gets the go ahead on the transfer. It's beautiful (and exactly the kind of home we've been dreaming about) and on 25 acres...nice and rural. And closer to the work site than any of the nearby towns! I just hope he gets good news before someone else buys it. I just had to vent about it a bit
