Hoping not too late for the Call ducks.

I am getting a few eggs from my calls now, and I am in the process of building new coops(I am behind yet again building coops). I have my plastic tubs with the drains in place. Will they get thrown off too much if I move them to the new(better) coops while they are laying ? Do any of you place sight barriers between the pens next to each other ?
