I figured out from the tags and Postal markings, and had a postal inspector confirm that BOTH boxes of chicks the shipped sat on their dock for over 24 hrs before being picked up by the USPS. Overnight, maybe, but for a full day, no. Add to that I was buying bantams so they were eeny tiny chcks, and it's a wonder any survived.
