So glad all the horses are doing well, @TropicalBabies! I love happy endings. I'm sorry I don't have any information on the growths to help ya out, but I sure hope Hombre gets away with nothing serious.

Hi!

The lesson horses I ride are doing great! I rode Sky twice in a row the last two weeks, he's a Quarter Horse if you remember him from my post a few pages back. And then just today I rode Missy, the sweet mare who's blind in one eye. She was an Amish cart horse and never really learned to canter properly, and when I ride her I work on her canter. She did wonderful today!! I can go on mobile later and post a pic of her here. She also has had these mysterious sores on her legs, but they're nearly gone now after treatment! (She seemed to rub herself against the fence or something, even after my trainer combed through her pasture, silly horse)

And Vinny, the horse I'm allowed to ride, is doing well too. My mom and sister were waiting so I couldn't say hi to him today, but maybe I can see him next week. He's pretty easy to ride so in big group lessons where I can't focus on harder things my trainer likes to have me on more difficult horses.

Thanks for asking!! The other horses at the barn are all doing well, too, as far as I know. One lady moved herself and her horse from here, Florida, to Alaska! I can't imagine what a journey that'd be, especially with a big 16 hand horse.

Yes, long journey for the horse but more so the climate change is big. I hope that horse is prone to a good winter coat. The owner must love her horse to take it on such a big move. I wish them some good luck and much happiness.

Thanks! It is, I couldn't have a better barn to learn at. I'll get those photos up this morning if I don't forget, lol.

She must! And yeah, the climate change was what I was thinking, too. Totally opposite weather!

Not in a few days, lol, by the end of this summer. Did I say that somewhere? I'm homeschooled so I fell behind on math (my least favorite subject), so it's pretty much that, a financial course, and maybe a little more history, so I will definitely graduate by the end of summer!

Thank you for the welcome! No, I don't take lessons yet...but I am always looking. I am probably getting my first horse ride in June. I've been near horses before though. About your other question: I think I want a appaloosa, but I'm not totally sure yet.

Ooh, Appaloosas are pretty. I rode one once at a trail ride, it was very uncomfortable at the trot, but then again, maybe it was just the horse, haha. I've never ridden any other appaloosas.
