Horse Showmanship for grown ups... is it possible to learn?

Go for it!

"If you build that division they will come"

(Field of Dreams reference)

There are in fact in hand classes for dressage and other sport horses, but they're not really like the showmanship classes and....they ain't fun, except for human track stars....

Personally, I find showmanship to be the one class more boring than western pleasure (mainly because our local county fair that has a judge that makes 5 showmanship last a full 6 hours) but a lot of people get into it, especially on the stock horse circuit.

Don't let me hold you back!

The horse I want to take can do showmanship in his sleep.. and I think I have seen him do it. But don't have his coggins yet.
I will watch this time, its a winter series fun show, last one for winter, next weekend.
I am hoping to do Jack Benny walk/trot and English type at halter.
Then see if they do a spring/summer series.
should be fun
