His mane is killing me 🤣

Axel (horse with fly mask) was NOT happy yesterday that he had to share the cross ties. 😂

Ginger's been learning how to stand on cross ties again after not being on them for nearly a year now. Most of our cross ties are on concrete, and because of her leg she can't stand on concrete anymore (or we choose to keep her off it--it makes them sore). She has some... bad history I guess, with these cross ties (not on concrete) so it's been a process that was low on my ground training list.
She can be a jerk to other horses but she was being so so civil and didn't make one ugly face at Axel. She was always pretty okay near/next to other horses when she used to go on cross ties, so I was happy to see she can still act like a normal horse once and a while. 😅 It was mr. bully Axel who was very mad.

Also added a shadowed but cute photo of little miss while she had conditioner sitting in her mane.

And as a note I obviously did not leave these two unattended.

Pretty roan 🥰. If I remember right he’s a young horse you’re training? How’s that going?
Yep! He just turned 5! It's going really well, he's so smart! He just had a month off from his teeth irritating him and vet trips, but I started riding again a few days ago and he's doing amazing.
