What fly spray does everyone use?
Lately I have been using Farnam Equi-Spot. It lasts up to 14 days and works similar to a dog spot on flea treatment. It seems to be working better than the sprays so far. I have been keeping a bottle of Farnham tri-tec 14 on hand, but I really like the spot treatment especially to keep the ticks off of their legs.

Good morning everyone! Drago officially turned 1 this week and has already grown from 15hh to 15.1hh since being here. My 5’4” self is going to need a step stool to get on him by the time he is finished growing🤣View attachment 3865012
Wow, that is tall! Is he a Friesian? Or part Friesian? They're my favorite breed!

Awesome, you can see a bit of the roaning coming out! I wonder if he'll get more roan as he ages!
He has been roaning up quite a bit this week. He was pretty roan when he arrived with his winter coat, but when he shed it out he was initially pretty black then he started roaning back up again. These were taken his first day here.

I know he will be the biggest horse I have ever owned😅 I originally went to look at a different horse they had. He was a dapple gray gelding with long flowy mane looked like a unicorn straight out of a movie. He was drop dead gorgeous and ready to go, but I just did not have that gut feeling that he was the one. I know it might sound odd, but I looked at quite a few horses and passed purely on my gut. Then I saw Drago in the back and I instantly knew he was the one despite the fact that he was only a yearling and I usually prefer horses 15-16hh lol
