I have 5 horses. A 15 yr oldthoroughbred mare named "My favorite Melody", a 9 yr old Appaloosa mare named "tuff charisma" but called sprinkles. A palomino quarter horse gelding named "stormy's patrón"( we just call him patron, he is 5). A 20 yr old quarter horse mare "conchos tres" called pebbles and a crazy little paint around 10 named babe.

Thanks!! I love my ponies! We are about to give Melody to our friend. My daughter lost interest in jumping and she isn't being used. About their names...The only one we really named was Sprinkles. The others were already named and we just kept those names.

I love the name Sprinkles if I ever got a Appy that is what I would name him!

Fun to see so much horse talk on a chicken forum. That blue roan TWH is gorgeous!
Weather is finally nice in Newkent so off for a ride in the morning.
 
Wow that blue roan is very striking. Is he yours? We live in a subdivision where we are allowed horses and one of the neighbors has walking horses. Our HOA Board unfortunately being made up of non-horsey people just decided that they were going to close the riding trails which are one of the amenities - no surprise the horse folks were HOT.

No, I wish though! I don't have a horse, but hopefully soon that will change!
