You didn't get a PM?
Cause Beaker's in Oakland CA as of TODAY!!
No, I didn't get a PM. So, imagine my surprise when I got home from work today! I had company!
I could hear muffled sounds, so I opened the box as quickly as I could and we went inside.
Beaker was very glad to get out of his corrugated travel unit. He wanted to go outside and see the California sunshine, so we found his summer shoes and a good hat. He met Tandy, the cat. Tandy thinks he could use a bath.
Okay, that's enough!!
Time to go outside!
First we had to unload lumber. I hated to make Beaker work, but he insisted on helping. All guests should be this nice!
Then, Beaker wanted to meet the girls, who were yelling their heads off. He tried to introduce himself by scratching in the leaves with them. I could hear them whispering between themselves, but weren't very good hostesses.
Every time he approached them, they walked away. So sorry for their manners, Beaker!
Beaker helped me collect the eggs, and found our first broken one ever.
We went back inside, and when I told Beaker I was a music teacher, and he could go to school with me tomorrow, he dove into his stuff.
He wanted to know if he could bring his horn.
Then Beaker wanted to know if he could play the piano. Who knew he was so musical?
This little guy sure has a lot of energy! Time to make us dinner, and then we go to a concert!
