My husband has a work shop out in the side yard and there is a wooded area behind it. The chickens have been staying back there a lot. So I went to investigate yesterday and there is a dug out place that our beagle made that goes up under the shop. They were all in this big cool hole of red clay. It is really shaded and they looked very relaxed back there.
