Houdan Pullet Crowing?

My 9 week old sexed pullet Mottled Houdan has started to make noises in the morning. It sounds nothing like a rooster crow or any of the early cockerel "crows" I've watched videos of, but it is a squawk none the less. Does anyone have reassuring stories of young chickens with similar behavior that did not turn out to be roosters? Thank you in advance!
