This is my EE Houdini. She obtained her name due to the fact that she keeps getting out of the coop. I still haven't figured out how. The only thing I can find in the coupe where she is getting out is a small hole in the chicken wire about 6.5 feet up in the corner. She would literally have to fly out. None of the other hens get out. Last week, my fiance was working on a car in the garage and she walks right up to him in the garage and starts clucking at him. She won't stop until you follow her back to the coop. A few days later, I went to go outside and she was standing at the back door and started clucking at me, wanting me to follow her back to the coop. We have figured out that she only comes out when there are 3 eggs or more needing to be picked up in the coop, the water is low, or she just wants to be scratched. If she wants to be scratched, she'll wait for us to open the coop door, she'll lay down almost on our feet and spread her wings completely out until her back gets scratched. She has quite the personality.
