Hova-Bator 1602n temps

I just bought a Hova-Bator and found the temp to adjust tricky, but I have it cycling between 99.5 to 100 is this the perfect temp for my chicken eggs?

you kind of need an thermometer you can put inside to check what the actual temp is. Mine runs at 100.2 and it's actually 97.5 . A medical thermometer will work if you press the button and toss it in quickly barely lifting the lid.

I have 2 in it that I trust one says 100 and the digital fluctuates from 99.5 to 100 during its heat cool cycle

Sounds like it might be a little warm but not enough to be a problem.

Ok well I will try and pull it down a little, just making sure I have it where it needs to be before I set eggs in it.
