I have found the above mentioned incubator with an egg turner on Craig's list for $25. It is the circulated air kind. He also has a Defiance brooder for sale too, not sure the price on it. Should I go for it and how to convince my wonderful dh!

It probably has a wafer thermostate. They dont cost a lot if it needs to be replaced. The parts can be ordered from the manufacturer Georgia Quail Farm.

You can also check the GQF site to find out what that model and others plus parts cost to know how high you want to bid on it.

#25 if it works is cheap.

With egg turner and shipping your looking at 165 or so new. We have one and the temp is a lot more consistant than the one that doesn't circulate the air. We have that one too.

I have a model 2362-N and it works find, Mine is forced air with a egg turner.

Nice bator in my opinion not just because I own one but it does a good job.

I paid $80 dollars for mine.

Thanks everybody. I am so excited!!!

Chickies-Duckies, I will check the website, thanks for the heads up.
