Hovabator 1588 too hot

Update.... we tried just about every method possible from unplug, reset toggles in every way possible etc.. the company advised on everything we tried also and said it's likely just broken, and not worth trying to replace parts since it's an older model. So.... I bought a new one.. :)

Cheap electronics that’s why I’d go old school wafer style thermostat. 10 minutes to install. Hopefully the your new unit does the job. Good luck.
