How about a Thread for Embdens?

I haven't but she's pretty

Since I have Embden lovers on this thread - has any one seen or have tufted Embden geese?

Maybe try some gel?

Mine has a few feathers that pop up every now and then when she's having a bad feather day, but no real tuft. And mine was actually supposed to be a tufted goose, but the hatchery sent me a different breed.
Beautiful! And so white! My embden could almost pass for a buff goose at the moment, she's been having fun in all the mud around here.

mine look spotted and if we get the rain they are calling for it's gonna be a big mud puddle day

Have a question? My Embden gander sleeps in the same stall every night nothing has changed since Aug, when he got a room mate but they get along great, anyway some nights I hear him hollering and I have gone out there before and looked around and everything is fine, he'll just look at me like "what" I don't hear Missy my Toulouse hollering out at all hrs of the night , so is this typical of Ganders or just of Embden ganders. He does like to hear himself make noise, but you'd think when it pitch black outside he wouldn't need to be so vocal.
