We have ordered 9 females from My Pet Chicken (Meyer), and I'm curious to know what everyone's sexing accuracy was from there or from other hatcheries.
How many, if any, of your hens turned out to be roos?

I received 15 pullets of rare breeds. So far so good that I haven't noticed a roo yet.

Of the nine sexed hatchery chicks I've ever had none were wrong. Local Agway farm supply store.

When ordering from hatcheries direct you have to stipulate you don't want any roosters at all. They will add birds as packing peanuts to keep the others warm and they are always roosters. Be very clear when mail ordering.

Ours are almost a year now and we ordered from Meyer. 100% accuracy...all hens!

We have ordered 11 hens through MPC (Meyer), and they say that they don't add any "packing peanuts", so I hope we're all set!
I'm happy to hear that there have been some good experiences.
