How old are they when they get REALLY LOUD? Mine are 10 weeks old and they're not loud at all. My one Call duck female makes more noise than all 8 guineas.

As they begin to mature and start to interact as a flock that is when all H3ll will break loose, some folks think that they don't make that much noise but then again I think they have their hearing aids turned down LOL.

as long as the neighbors don't complain you'll get used to the guinea noise & not really notice it until they get close to the house.the only time my guineas get loud is at roosting time & when something out of the ordinary is in the yard.

kick'n chick :

& when something out of the ordinary is in the yard.

yeah, like a leaf blowing or a cloud or maybe someting really weird like, I don't know, the wind blowing. Other than that though, they're quiet as church mice.

I don't really notice it until feeding time, then it gets defeaning. I have 20 guineas in a pasture with 10 African geese and three male donkeys. When I say feeding time is loud, I mean end of the world, apocalypse has arrived kind of loud. Then a dead silence as everyone chows down.
