How big? Mixed with?

So, got these "Silkies" from the "bantam" bin at TSC back in March. I posted a couple pics when they were younger and was told they are not truly Silkies and they were probably mixed with Cochin. Well, now they are huge at 12 weeks old (largest roo at least 16" tall or more). I'm wondering how big I can expect them to get and what exactly they are mixed with. Any input is appreciated!

They are just hatchery quality Silkies. Its kinda gray area to call they pure or not. Hatcheries don't typically breed to standard. So disqualifying traits are not culled for. They are technically Silkies but the large size and single combs are not traits you want to breed for. This is common in hatchery Silkies.

Thanks! I love them to pieces, just wanted to know for sure. Still anxious to see how big they get!
