how big of a coop do i need for 23 chickens?

For 23 birds, I would build a chicken house 10 by 10. It be would actually be enough room actually for 25 birds.

k so iv looked at all the post and decided im guna buld a 12 by 8 coop and a 30 by 20 run im in a rental but i have about 1 acre of land around my house so thats kinda a big coop for this place anyways . if its not big enough i mite just eat some .
