How can I change where hen lays

We have 3 silkies 2 have started laying recently and one has started doing a hilariously rediculous dance around them..
But we have a large yard and they have both picked odd places to lay.. I have put a nesting box in the coop with soft hay but neither is interested.. The places they have picked are hard to get to for me but not the dog so she gets more than me.. Is there any way to lure them into their boxes?

Here is a suggestion, place (or leave) an existing egg in the nest-box.. Place your chicken in training into that nest. She may get the idea that "it is nice to lay here." Other thing to do is ...... make those areas where they sneak into to lay.. inaccessible temporarily. Once they get the hang of it. Its full speed ahead.
