How can I forgive myself for killing her.

I ran over my cat this year. I had rescued her from a shelter 13 years ago and loved her dearly, so sorry it feels horrible. But they knew we loved them.

I'm so sorry for you. it WAS an accident though, please don't be so hard on yourself.
You won't forget her. I want you to keep going with chickens though; her loss may be fate telling you that soon you will have another chicken around that needs your loving time and attention. look for this chicken, and don't be afraid love it as much as you did Kevin.
