If their combs are still pale, you've got more waiting ahead. Sorry, but lots of molts last longer than 2 months. I've got one hen started a mid-August 2010 and she still hasn't started laying again. Yet another (different breed) hen started a molt Sept 12th and she resumed laying on Dec 20th. During these molts, I add extra protein treats to their feed regime but I don't add extra light to the hen house. We have been getting about 8 hours daylight per day lately.
Add protein supplements (like a little bit of sardines, tuna, other fresh fish or meat, dry cat food, mealworms, etc) and wait for the reddened faces to return. They will!
