How can I help this chick? Fresh from incubator

Do I soak it off? Leave it?
Not sure what to do to help this baby out. Seems more like yolk sac than poop

She hatched sometime during the night Monday night. From what I could see of her in there, yes it’s always been there. It isn’t poop. It’s yolk sac. I’m keeping an eye on her and in a day or two I’ll help her soak it off if needed
