How can I help this little chick?

This is a one week old chick born out of the incubator. She had a hard time getting out of the egg. We helped her, but some of her skin / duvet was stuck. And she has a limping leg. She can get around, but it’s getting worse as she grows.
Any idea how to help her?

not sure how it gets up if it falls on a side.
will probably need to remove the water to avoid any drowning....

Don't remove water but maybe put marbles or little rocks in the bottom so its shallow enough to not drown
