How can I keep my roosters quiet?

I have a smallish flock, I've got 3 roosters and 4 hens. The hens are all good, they're even laying eggs earlier than I expected! My problem is my roosters, they crow... a lot! The real problem is that I live in the suburbs... I've got no-crow collars on them but they do pretty much nothing. They crow somewhat softly in the morning but by the time it's 9:45AM they're a pretty noisy bunch. None of my neighbors have complained but I feel like one day they'll just get annoyed and call someone and take my chickens away because they're a "nuisance". I don't know if I'm doing their collars wrong (I watched like 10 videos on how to do it). They've got a coop with 3 nesting boxes and 3 roosting bars with a 9" run attached.

O Boy...I don't think there is anything you can do to stop their crowing. It's what rooster do.
Do you house your 3 roosters separately from the hens?

You have too many roosters. One to ten hens is standard.
The fewer roosters, the less crowing. I sometimes have 12 or more and it gets annoying. Once I get the numbers down, it is better.
You can keep them locked up till later in the morning to muffle the sound.
Young cockerels crow more frequently than older roosters.

So they hatched on January 31st/February 1st so they're still pretty young, they're still kinda small too... anyways when they get older the crowing will calm down a little? I know I've got too many roosters but I can't bare to part with them.

They may or may not ever quiet down, but they will for sure start tearing up your girls if you keep them together.

No, they all share one big coop. They all get along well and I've never had a problem with any of them being aggressive. I have one silkie and the rest are just "normal" roosters I guess... they're the ones you always see on television.

I've never had a problem with any of my chickens ever being aggressive. I hatched them myself so they've always been together and known each other as "siblings". They don't hurt when I hand feed them, they're really quite soft when they eat out of my hand.

That's not the point. The males will excessively mate your hens which is not good for them, and they will rip feathers off there back. You could start a separate bachelor pen so you would not have to rehome them. If you have 3 males on 4 hens you will experience fighting sooner or later, which will not be pretty. I hope you get it sorted out!

I agree...you ARE/WILL be having serious problems very soon. You haven't had any yet because they are young....wait another few weeks and you will see exactly what we are talking about.
I promise.

I have nowhere to put my roosters, I can't build another coop because I don't have enough room in my yard but I'm really attached to all of them. My hens are starting to lay eggs so does that mean problems are sure to arise very soon?
