How can I make my own hatcher?

How can I make my own hatcher for eggs I candle on day 18 that have good chicks in them?

Could I use a plastic tote with lid make some air holes and add a lamp with some water and adjust my temps and humidity? Would this work?

could i use a heating pad under the eggs for a hatcher?

You can probaly use anything as long as temps. and humidity is right. I just use my homemade bator as a hatcher.
